¶1One gentleman stating his name to be Om Prakash Anand and who is the proprietor of the decree holder states that his advocate is unwell and seeks adjournment.

¶2On enquiry, the said Mr. Om Prakash Anand states that the sum of Rs.9,65,000/- ordered to be released in his favour has been released to him.

¶3On further enquiry whether the decree holder has found any other asset of the judgment debtors, the said Mr. Om Prakash Anand states that nothing has been learnt till now.

¶4In this view of the matter, it is not deemed appropriate to keep this execution pending and the same is closed.

¶5Needless to state that the decree holder will have liberty to apply afresh upon learning any other asset of the judgment debtors.
