01.10.2012 These petitions seek assailing order dated 7th January, 2011 whereby the execution filed by the petitioner/decree holder was adjourned sine die. It is a matter of record that RFA No.304/2009 was filed by the IDs against the judgment and decree and the said RFA is pending in this Court. The said RFA Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. was admitted subject to the JD depositing the decretal amount. It is undisputed that not only the said amount has been deposited, but the petitioner has withdrawn the same in terms of the order dated 1st June, 2011 of this Court passed in the said RPA.
