¶1Adjournment is sought on behalf of the counsel for the plaintiff / petitioner.
¶2The same is opposed by the senior counsel for the defendants / respondents contending that the applications of the defendants under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC in the suit and for release of monies deposited in the petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 are for consideration.

¶3Mr. Vishal K. Panwar, though advocate on record in both the proceedings, on behalf of the plaintiff / petitioner states that Mr. Davinder N. Grover is the main counsel and is in personal difficulty and thus could not brief the senior counsel.
¶4However Mr. Vishal K. Panwar inspite of prodding is unable to disclose any reason.
¶5Personal difficulty can also be engagement in another brief.
¶6In this view of the matter and since the senior counsel appears for the defendants / respondents, today"s adjournment is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- in each of the matters by the plaintiff / petitioner to the counsel for the defendants /respondents before the next date of hearing.
¶7List on 7th March, 2017.
