¶1Present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: I. Issue a direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the First Information Report /Case Crime No. 0635 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, under section 137(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Panjabi Bagh, District-West Delhi lodged by Respondent No.2 which is Annexed as Annexure No. P-l to this writ petition. II. Issue a direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 1 not to arrest the petitioners in First Information Report Case Crime No. 0635 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, under section 137(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Panjabi Bagh, District-West Delhi.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the State has pointed out they have already filed the cancellation against the present applicant, therefore, This is a digitally signed order. nothing remains to be adjudicated.

¶3In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
