¶1Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with clause 29 of the agreement in question.
¶2The liberty sought by Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel for the petitioner, is opposed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, on the ground that granting such liberty would imply that the DIAC or any other authority would have jurisdiction.
¶3However, in the interest of justice, the liberty as prayed is granted. This is a digitally signed order. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. PURUSHAINDRA KUMAR KAURAV, J NOVEMBER 14, 2025/P/AMG This is a digitally signed order.
