¶1The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the Beat Officer has been regularly visiting the petitioner and therefore, at this stage, there is no grievance except that verbal abuses are continuing, for which the Police is enquiring into and has assured that a report will be filed expeditiously without any delay.

¶2The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State assures that considering the age of the petitioner, the Beat Officer would be sensitized and would be directed to make regular visits in order to ensure the safety of the petitioner. This is a digitally signed order. 3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case any grievance remains in future.

¶4The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application also stands disposed of. AMIT MAHAJAN, J NOVEMBER 14, 2025 'KDK' This is a digitally signed order.
