¶1The captioned petitions, being RC.REV. 159/2022 and RC.REV. 161/2022, have been filed under Section 25-B(IV) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, challenging two separate Judgments This is a digitally signed order. and Orders both dated 23.03.2022 passed by learned CCJ-cum-ARC-I, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in eviction petitions bearing common No. E-19/2014, titled "M/s. Suvinys Developers Pvt. Ltd. v. M/s. A-One Store" and "M/s. Suvinys Developers Pvt. Ltd. v. M/s. Verma Beauty Parlour & Hair Dressers" respectively.

¶2Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present Petitions.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that the parties have settled the matter and settlement agreements have been executed between the parties in RC.REV. 159/2022 and RC.REV. 161/2022 on 06.07.2026 and 07.07.2026, respectively.

¶4In view of the fact that the Petitioners are seeking to withdraw the present Petitions and also taking note of the submission that there exists a settlement as between the parties, the present Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

¶5Accordingly, the present Petitions, along with pending Application(s), if any, stand disposed of in the above terms.
