¶1The parties to the present appeals have already settled the issue before the learned Single Judge and we are informed that, as per the settlement, a decree has already been drawn.

¶2The settlement is recorded in order dated 31st October, 2025, in CS(COMM) No. 115/2023 titled Zydus Wellness Products Limited v. Cipla Health Ltd. & Anr.

¶3A copy of the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been tendered during the hearing.

¶4In that view of the matter, a prayer is made for withdrawal of both these appeals.

¶5In view of the aforesaid position, both the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
