18.11.2011, By this petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 10512010 under Sections 44815111420/467 I 4681 47 Il I20B IPC registered at P.S. Regumpur, Delhi on the complaint of Respondent No.2. Respondent No. 2 \h. S. K. Grover the Complainant, Respondent No.3 Kavita Malik and Respondent No. 4 Ms. Renu Soni are present in Court and identified by their counsel and the investigating officer. They state that they have settled the matter with the Petitioners and in view of the settlement arrived at they do not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings arising thereto. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful pu{pose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create fuither acrimony between them, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No. 10512010 under Sections 448 1 5 1 1 1 420 1 467 1 468 1 47 1 1 1208 IPC registered at P. S. Begumpur, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed. Parties have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
