O R D E R %

28.03.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the cause of action has accrued at Delhi and cash was paid at the house of the plaintiff at Hauz Khas and the matter should be transferred to South District, as the plaintiff is dominus-litus. Ld. counsel for defendants has objected to the same and has stated that there is no such pleadings and the defendants have denied the averments made in the plaint. Since, the defendants are also residents of Delhi, the matter is transferred on the basis of residents of defendants and not the cause of action which is vaguely mentioned in para 24 of the plaint. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 8th July, 2016 for further directions. Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
