¶6The matter is being taken up today.

¶7At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to move the appropriate application before the learned Trial Court, This is a digitally signed order. seeking to place on record the documents which have not been previously filed or relied upon.

¶8Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

¶9With above directions, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.

¶10The petitioner is directed to move the application on or before the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court.

¶11Consequently, the learned Trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter once the application moved by the present petitioner is decided on merits.

¶12The date already fixed, i.e. 17.11.2026, stands cancelled.
