¶4By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks modification of bail condition imposed upon him vide order dated 28.11.2019, passed by the Trial Court, to the extent that he may be permitted to travel abroad for business purposes, without seeking permission of the Court.

¶6The captioned petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid submission.
