¶3By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondents to decide the petition of the petitioner seeking permission from the respondents for repair of his house bearing Kh. No. 487, measuring 80 square yards, 40X18, situated in the revenue estate of village Peera Garhi, Delhi, being dilapidated condition in rainy season.

¶4Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of the respondent no. 1 accepts notice. This is a digitally signed order. 5. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition, filed by the petitioner, be treated as representation and the same be decided by the respondents, within a period of eight weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

¶6In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of.

¶7In case of any further grievance, the petitioners will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing fresh writ petition.
