¶1This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for concluding the arbitral hearing and passing of the Award by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

¶2Issue notice.

¶3Notice is accepted by Ms. Radhika Bishwajit Dubey, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1. She states that there is no objection on behalf of the respondent no.1 in case the time sought is extended.

¶4It is stated by the parties that the final arguments have concluded and the matter is now kept reserved for passing of the Arbitral Award.

¶5It is stated that the previous extension of the mandate of the Tribunal had expired on 09.04.2026. The period w.e.f. 09.04.2026 till date is regularized.

¶6In terms of the prayer, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is This is a digitally signed order. extended for a further period of six months with effect from today.

¶7Petition is disposed of in the above terms alongwith all pending applications.
