¶1The present Transfer Petition has been filed under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], seeking transfer of Regular Civil Appeal No. RCA DJ/232/2025, titled "Ravi v. Rambir &Anr.", pending before the learned District Judge-03, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to the Court of the learned District Judge-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

¶2For the reasons stated in the present Petition, and having regard to the averments made therein as well as the no objection fairly accorded by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, the present Petition is allowed. Accordingly, Regular Civil Appeal No. RCA DJ/232/2025 shall stand transferred from the Court of the learned District Judge-03, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to the Court of the learned District Judge-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.
