¶1The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(C) 11979/2026

¶2Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent/MCD and submits that the subject property is located in a public park on MCD land and shall be used strictly for community centre/multipurpose Educational Centre.

2.1 She further submits that the Hanuman idol which is referred to in the present writ petition has been removed.

¶3Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/MCD to use the subject property only for the purposes of community centre/ Educational Centre.
