¶1The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

¶2To be noted, three applications, i.e., application under Order I Rule 10 This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(C) 12223/2026 CPC, application to vacate the interim order and application for early hearing, filed by the petitioner have already been listed before the Appellate Tribunal MCD ('ATMCD') on 6th August, 2026. On the said date, the early hearing application has been dismissed and notice has been issued in the other two applications.
