¶5Issue notice.
¶6Notice is accepted by Ms. Suruchi Thapar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.
¶7Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that she has no objection against the extension of the mandate.
¶8In view of the stage at which the arbitral proceedings presently stand and the fact that the matter is already listed for pronouncement of the award, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
