¶1The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) for issuance of requisite direction to the learned Trial Court to decide his application filed under Section 146 BNSS (Section 127 Cr.P.C.), expeditiously.
¶2The abovesaid application has been filed by the petitioner on

¶3After hearing arguments and keeping in mind the averments made in the present petition, this Court does not find any compelling reason to invoke its writ jurisdiction and to give any direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the matter expeditiously. Moreover, there is nothing to indicate that there is any abuse of process of law.
¶4Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
¶5However, it is clarified that the dismissal is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and in case, the petitioner feels any case of undue hardship, he is always at liberty to move appropriate This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(CRL) 2645/2026 2
