¶1The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to stop the unauthorized construction being raised upon the portion of property bearing no. 1772, Pana Mamurpur, Bal Kishan Wali Gali, Narela, Delhi-110040 ('subject property').

¶2It is stated that the petitioner is the next neighbour.

¶3Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD submits that the subject property has been booked for unauthorized construction and a show cause notice has been issued yesterday, i.e., 31st August, 2026.

¶4Taking note of the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(C) 12658/2026 accordance with law.

¶5In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
