¶1Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.202/2023 dated

16.07.2023, registered at Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

¶2The case is, reportedly, at the stage of arguments on charge.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate all the contentions raised herein before the learned Trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge.

¶4The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.

¶6The petitioners are also granted liberty to file the petition afresh at a later stage if need so arises.

¶7The petitioners would also be at liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking their exemption from personal appearance if the identity is not disputed and if they undertake to be represented by their counsel on all such dates and do not dispute the proceedings conducted in their absence.
