¶1Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, as also the parties, who are present in person, are ad idem that the present matter may be disposed of by recording the undertaking of the Petitioner to vacate the Subject premises on or before 24.08.2027.

¶2It is further agreed that the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 12,500/- per month, commencing from the next month. The said payment shall be made, without fail, on or before the 04th of each month, into the following bank account: "Axis Bank – Sunil Kharbanda & Sons HUF Account Number – 924010049706370 IFSC Code – UTIB0001007" This is a digitally signed order. 3. The Petitioner is directed to file an affidavit of undertaking to the aforesaid effect before this Court within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition, along with all pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
