¶1By the present petition, the petitioner prays as under : A. Initiate contempt proceedings by issuance of Show-Cause Notice against Respondents under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts of Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and defiance of the Order dated 26/08/2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 1548/ 2022 titled as "Laxmi Devi (Senior Citizen) V/S SHO PS Subhash Place & Ors."; and B. Punish Respondents under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts of Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and defiance of Order dated 26/08/2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 1548/ 2022 titled as "Laxmi Devi (Senior Citizen) V/S SHO PS This is a digitally signed order. Subhash Place & Ors."; and C. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and in the circumstance of the case.

¶2Considering the relationship between the parties, this Court does not consider it apposite to continue with the proceedings in the present case.
