¶1This matter has been called out twice.

¶2None has appeared on behalf of Decree Holder on either call.

¶3On 28.07.2026, the following order was passed:

"1. The matter has been called out twice. None appears on behalf of the Decree Holder. In the interest of justice, adverse orders are deferred.

¶2On perusal of the record, it appears that the stamp duty on award is insufficient.

Holder is directed to furnish proof of adequate stamp duty paid on award in accordance with Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

¶4List on 27.08.2026."

¶4It appears that on 28.07.2026 as well, the matter was called out twice and none appeared for the Decree Holder. The Decree Holder was also granted an opportunity to furnish proof of adequate stamp duty, however, there is no compliance.

¶5Accordingly, the present execution petition is dismissed for want of non-prosecution with liberty to seek revival as and when the situation arises.
