¶1Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 6th August, 2026, the respondent/DJB has issued a communication dated 22nd August, 2026.

¶2As per the said communication, a sum of Rs.3,37,500/- is payable towards infrastructure charges for water and a sum of Rs.2,02,500/- is payable towards infrastructure charges for sewer.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner submits that the infrastructure charges for sewer have already been paid by the petitioner.

3.1 This fact is admitted by the counsel for the respondent/DJB.

¶4Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the sum of Rs.3,37,500/- towards infrastructure charges for water shall be paid within This is a digitally signed order. W.P.(C) 15837/2022 two (2) days from today.

¶5Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/DJB on instructions submits that the there are no further dues towards the aforesaid water connections.

¶6Upon payment of the aforesaid amounts, DJB shall take steps to regularize the aforesaid water connections.

¶7Counsel for the respondent/DJB further submits that the petitioner needs to install a water meter and inform the DJB regarding the same.

¶8The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
