¶1Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-School submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the respondent-The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. School has already granted provisional admission to the petitioners herein. She further submits that the admission so granted shall be confirmed by the respondent-School and all the benefits under the concerned category shall be extended to the petitioners.

¶2In view of the aforesaid, the respondent-School is bound by the aforesaid statement.

¶3Accordingly, the instant petitions stand disposed of, alongwith pending application as rendered infructuous.

¶4Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to approach the Court afresh, in case, they have any further grievance.
