Ramjano v. State NCT of Delhi

ORDER

18.07.2013 Petitioners are the mother and two daughters of main accused Yunish Khan, who is in custody. While entertaining the above-captioned three applications, interim protection was granted to petitioners subject to their joining investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State confirms that petitioners have joined the investigation of this case. The case of petitioners appear to be at par with co-accused Kheru Nisha, who has been granted pre-arrest interim bail by this Court and it is confirmed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (in Bail Application No. 535/2013). In the light of above, interim order of 3rd April, 2013 in the above-captioned three applications is made absolute. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners-Ram Jano, wife of late Yusuf Khan, Najish Parveen & Nargis, two daughters of Yusnis Khan, be admitted to bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of with one local surety each, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/ Arresting Officer. Needless to say, if petitioners do not join and cooperate with the Bail Application No.536/2013 Bail Application No.537 /2013 Page2 , • • investigation, then respondent-State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
