¶1The instant writ petition was disposed of on 12th November, 2024.

¶2Through this application, Petitioners seek directions to the Registry for release of the title documents that were furnished by the Petitioner No. 1 in terms of the conditions imposed by this Court through order dated 23rd August, 2024, allowing the Petitioner No. 1 to travel abroad.

¶3Considering the fact that the petition has already been disposed of, the securities furnished before this Court are no longer required to be retained and accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the securities furnished by the Petitioners as recorded in order dated 2nd September, 2024.
