By way of this application, applicant/appellant seeks refund of the statutory amount deposited. Another prayer made in this application is to transmit the amount deposited by applicant/appellant to the Tribunal.

In view of order of 15th November, 2016, the application is allowed and Registry is directed to transmit the amount of rupees twenty lacs (with interest, if any, accrued thereon) deposited by applicant/appellant with the Registrar General of this Court to the Tribunal. The disbursement of compensation be made by the Tribunal in terms of order of 15th November, 2016. The statutory amount deposited by applicant/appellant be refunded to applicant/appellant forthwith.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
