Judgment

ORDER °A? 04.10.2012 The original record of the selection process has been produced by Mr. Ravinder Agarwal, learned standing counsel for the respondents. Given the basic contention of the petitioner to the effect that persons who are lower in merit than the petitioner have been recruited by the respondents, we permitted inspection of the original record to learned counsel for the petitioner. The same was inspected by the petitioner who is present in person in court as well as his counsel. It is submitted that the apprehensions of the petitioner were misconceived and are not borne out by the original record. In view of this position, learned counsel very fairly prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. tM^ AL ,J^G A •.-_'• 4 JMIIHA, J OCTOBER 04, 2012 aj ? page 2 of 2W.P.(C)No. 1826/2012
