Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the judgment entitled Dharambir Khattar vs. CBI, reported as 2OO9 (4) AD (DELHI) 657, rendered by a Single Judge of this Court, while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a writ petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending application. In case the petitioner has any other remedy available in law, he may exercise the same in accordance with law. C. B.I.
