¶1Mr. Kanwarbir Singh Sawhney (son of the deceased plaintiff), plaintiff No. 1(b) is present in person who is also representing Mrs. Maninder Kaur Sawhney (wife of the deceased plaintiff) and Dr. Gurleen Kaur Sharland (daughter of the deceased plaintiff), plaintiff Nos. 1(a) and 1(c), respectively.

¶2Defendant No. 1 is present in person alongwith his counsel.

¶3Defendant No. 2 is represented by the counsel. CS(OS) 694/2008

¶4Mr. Amarjeet Singh Anand, attorney holder of the LRs of defendant No. 3 is present in person alongwith his counsel.

¶5All the parties inform that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

¶6Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit for which the defendants have no objection.

¶7The suit is dismissed as withdrawn/ settled.

¶8Interim order dated 05.07.2010 stands vacated.
