Vide the present application, the applicants/respondent nos.3, 4 & 5 have sought modification of the order dated 17th July, 2013 passed by this Court. It transpires that despite order dated 19th February, 2018, steps were not taken by the applicants for effecting service of the present application to the non-applicant/petitioner.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for further opportunity to take steps for issuance of fresh notice to the petitioner.

Accordingly, subject to the applicants filing process fee within one week, issue notice of the present application to the non-applicant/petitioner by ordinary process, registered A.D. and speed post, returnable on 20th March, 2019.

Reply, if any, be filed by the non-applicant/petitioner within six weeks from the date of service. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed by the applicants within two weeks thereafter.
