As per undertaking given by petitioner he shall vacate the premises in question by 28"^ February, 2013. Undertaking furnished by the petitioner is hereby accepted and he is granted time till 28"" February, 2013 to vacate the premises in question. The eviction order dated 11 March, 2010 passed by Additional Rent Controller, Delhi shall not be executable till 28**^ February, 2013. Petitioner shall be bound by the terms and conditions of undertaking and in case of any violation of the terms and conditions of the undertaking, the eviction order shall become executable forthwith.
