¶1By virtue of the present petition the petitioners have challenged the order dated 10.11,2010 whereby the learned trial Court had directed issuance of process u/s 82 cr.P.c. against the petitioners as they had failed to respond to various processes issued against them as well as order dated 11.03.20LL whereby the petitioners have been declared as proclaimed offenders.
¶2I do not find any infirmity in the order dated 11.03.20LI by virtue of which the petitioners were declared proclaimed offenders nor there are any grounds which will warrant the quashing of the complaint. If the petitioners does not appear despite service of summons, the learned Magistrate has no other method to procure their attendance except by Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. L seeking issuance of coercive processes which precisely he has done in the instant case.
¶3Accordingly, the present petition is without any merit and is dismissed. /\1,"e v.K. sHl\Lr, J NOVEMBER 02, 2011 mr
