This communication is addressed to the Chief Engineer (R&D). A copy of this communication has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per this communication, the petitioner, Mahesh Kumar in Contempt Case No.329/2011 will be promoted to the next higher post of SW. In so far as Mr. Bhavesh Gupta is concerned, who is the petitioner in Contempt Case (C) 951/2011, he will get the corrected seniority, while Mr. Dil Bahar, who is the petitioner in Contempt Case (C) No.250/2012, he will get the corrected seniority as EE (QS & C). Needless to say the petitioner Mahesh Kumar in Contempt Cas (C) No.329/2011 will be posted to the higher post of SW within one week from today.
