¶2As regards the previous involvement in FIR No. 375/2022, under the Gambling Act registered at P.S. Soniya Vihar, he was convicted but admonished for the offence. ¶3It is noted that petitioner has been granted furloughs/parole 28 times, from 2013 onwards and otherwise has not misused his liberty.

Medical documents have been appended, which have been verified by State from the Delhi State Cancer Institute, Metro Hospital & Cancer Institute.
¶5In view of the above, this Court sees no impediment in granting furlough to the petitioner.
