¶1This matter is fixed for compliance.

¶2The Affidavits were directed to be filed by the Court on 12.11.2024. The report of the Registry is that the Affidavits are not on record.

¶3None appears on behalf of the Petitioners.

¶4Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that he has received an advance copy of the Affidavits which are dated 26.11.2024.

¶5Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the undertaking at any place does not contain particulars of the premises that are sought to be vacated and will be required to be re-filed.

¶6Let the correct Affidavits be filed by the Petitioners within 10 days from today.

¶7In the event that the updated and correct Affidavits are not filed by the Petitioners within 10 days, the Respondents shall be at liberty to take steps in terms of Paragraph 8 of the order dated 12.11.2024.

¶8List for compliance on 13.12.2024.
