¶1In view of the order passed by this Court on 29.10.2024, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Directorate of Education [DoE], on instructions, submits that the Department is willing to withdraw the order dated 03.09.2024, subject to extending the liberty to pass a fresh order.

¶2The aforesaid submissions appears to be reasonable and, therefore, liberty is granted to withdraw the order dated 03.09.2024.

¶3Accordingly, the order dated 03.09.2024 stands set aside. Let the formal order be passed in that regard. This is a digitally signed order. 4. The respondent shall also be at liberty to pass a fresh order. However, the same shall be strictly in compliance with the earlier order dated

20.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 7179/2024 titled as The Sovereign School V. Government Of NCT Of Delhi & Ors, passed by this Court.

¶5With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of alongwith pending application.
