¶2The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate contempt proceeding against the Respondents/Contemnors for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.8536/2025; and

(ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case."

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that order dated

11.09.2025 has been complied with.

¶4Leave granted.
