¶1These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking identical prayers, i.e. issuing a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No. 1/ DDA to handover the possession of the allotted plots.

¶2For the reasons stated in the petitions, issue notice.

¶3Mr. Vaid, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1/ DDA and on instructions, states that the possession of the appropriate flats have already been given to the petitioners and the conveyance deeds will be executed expeditiously in accordance with law.
