¶1Case received on transfer.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will deposit `5 lacs within two days before the Registrar General of this Court in compliance of the previous orders.

¶3Petitioner's counsel further assures that all the remaining payment shall be made to the complainant in the second week of January, 2017.

¶4Today's adjournment is granted subject to costs `50,000/- to be paid to the complainant on the next date of hearing.

¶5Counsel for the complainant has objection to the adjournment due to imposition of costs `50,000/-.

¶6Renotify on 18th January, 2017.
