25.01.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores falling within the territorial jurisdiction of South East District.

Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (South East District), Saket Courts, Delhi on 22nd April, 2016. Date, if any, fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled.

Plaintiff would inform the defendant, in writing about the transfer of this matter to the District Court Saket for 22/04/2016 and copy of such written would be filed on court record by the plaintiff.
