BAIL APPLN. 4111/2024 Delhi, the petitioner is directed to file a CRL.M.(BAIL) in the original bail application i.e. BAIL APPLN. No. 2989/2024 for the same relief sought by way of the present petition.

¶3Accordingly, the present petition is disposed-of; granting liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in the original bail petition i.e. BAIL APPLN. No. 2989/2024.
