¶1Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

¶2The petitioner shall file legible and clear copies of the exempted documents, compliant with practice rules within a period of two weeks.

¶4This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the arbitral tribunal This is a digitally signed order. until 30.06.2025 to make and publish the award.

¶5It is further pointed out that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is expiring on 31.12.2024 and the matter is at the stage of final arguments which will take some time.

¶6Issue notice.

¶7The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

¶8I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, the mandate of arbitral tribunal is extended till 30.06.2025 to conclude arguments and publish the award.
