¶3The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioner - Sunder Singh Yadav seeking writ in the nature of habeas corpus for production of Petitioner's son who was missing since 31st October, 2024.

¶4Today, it is submitted by Mr. Sanjay Lao, ld. Standing Counsel that the steps were undertaken to trace the missing person.

¶5Status report dated 12th November, 2024 has been handed over in the This is a digitally signed order. Court. The said status report is taken on record.

¶6It is also informed at the time of hearing that the missing person has returned and the Petitioner - father of the missing person does not wish to press the present petition.

¶7Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
