¶1Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.')Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for withdrawal of the accompanying Bail Application bearing BAIL APPLN. 4000/2025, in view of the subsequent developments with liberty to file the Bail Application afresh before the learned Trial Court.

¶2In view of the submissions made, the accompanying Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

¶3The Application is disposed of accordingly. BAIL APPLN. 4000/2025

¶4First Regular Bail Application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S./Section 439 of Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Regular This is a digitally signed order. Bail in FIR No. 461/2025 under Section 221/318(4)/336(3)/340(2)/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Civil Lines.

¶5In view of the Order passed today in CRL.M.A. 33768/2025, the present Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

¶6The date already fixed i.e. 08.12.2025 stands cancelled.
