¶1The solitary grievance which is raised on the writ petition is in respect of a failure on the part of the respondents to finalize the Show Cause Notice ["SCN"] proceedings which had been commenced on 03 September 2024.

¶2Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that despite a detailed reply having been submitted, the respondents have failed to dispose of the SCN proceedings. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the continued suspension of its Goods and Services Tax registration with effect from 03 September 2024.

¶3Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, This is a digitally signed order. states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the SCN proceedings shall be duly examined and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.

¶4The writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms.
