¶1A status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent/MCD.

¶3In the said status report, it is stated that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23rd April, 2026, MCD has decided the representation filed by the petitioner against the petitioner vide order dated 20th April, 2026 (Annexure-B to the status report). ¶4Counsel for the respondent/MCD and the respondent no. 5 confirm that the entire subject property except the ground floor, which is in occupation of the respondent no.5 continues to remain sealed as the said issue is sub judice.
