¶1The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they have received the entire amount.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over a letter dated 07.08.2026 to the Court, which is taken on record, vide which the petitioner has informed the respondents that the amount is being received This is a digitally signed order. by it in full and final settlement of all its claim, qua the subject matter of the present petition. He has also placed on record a letter dated 09.07.2026, written by the petitioner company, informing the respondents that they are deputing Mr. Amit Rajan to collect the cheque in respect of the aforesaid settlement amount.

¶3In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
